Good vocabulary for "Test Doubles"

Gerard Meszaros is writing a book on the patterns used with the various XUnit frameworks. Unfortunately, there is no consistent use of terms for things like stubs, mocks, fakes, dummies, etc.
Generically, Gerard is calling them “Test Doubles”, and has some specific definitions for four different variations: Dummy, Fake, Stub, and Mock, which really make sense. I hope this catches on so that we can standardize our use of these terms.
